1. Booking & Payment Policy
Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour.
Bookings are subject to availability of hotels, transport, and permits.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges will apply as per company policy.
No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time.
3. Travel & Transport
Transport will be provided as per the itinerary (train/vehicle/boat).
Any delay due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen conditions is not the company’s responsibility.
Pickup and drop points must be followed as per the package.
4. Hotel & Accommodation
Hotels are provided as per availability and package category.
Check-in and check-out timings must be followed.
Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
5. Food & Meals
Meals will be provided as per the package itinerary.
Any special food request may not always be possible.
Meals missed due to late arrival will not be refunded.
6. Sightseeing & Activities
Sightseeing is subject to weather, government rules, and local conditions.
Entry fees, safari charges, and activity costs may be extra unless mentioned.
Some places may remain closed due to local regulations.
7. Permits & Documents
Valid ID proof is mandatory for all travelers.
Permits (if required) will be arranged, but guests must provide necessary documents.
Foreign nationals must follow government rules and carry required permits.
8. Safety & Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
Follow instructions of guides and authorities during the tour.
9. Itinerary Changes
The itinerary may be modified due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
The company reserves the right to change plans for better management of the tour.
10. General Policy
All disputes are subject to local jurisdiction.
By booking a tour, the guest agrees to all terms and conditions.
The company aims to provide the best service but is not liable for natural or unforeseen disruptions.
